Austin’s Ocean One features a breathtaking panoramic ocean view from every seat in the restaurant. Our guests are treated to daily dolphin sightings, beautiful evening views, full moons and the occasional surfer! Regardless of the weather or the time of year, the view is always interesting and serene.
There is a small private dining room at Ocean One, The Fish Bowl, which can accommodate up to 14 guests in a private setting with an ocean view. We also have a completely separate banquet room, The Spirit Room, for private party catering from 10-100 guests.
The Ocean One menu is eclectic Contemporary American. The menu changes frequently based on seasonal availability of locally sourced products, fresh produce and the daily catch. We prepare all of our sauces, dressings and desserts on the premises and every dish is made to order and can be modified to your personal preferences.
Ocean One has an on staff Sommelier to assist in your wine selection from our extensive list. On Wednesday evenings all bottles half priced – Wine Wednesdays! There is a large selection of great wines by the glass and specialty cocktails prepared with our own infused alcohols. We’d love to have you dine with us!

If you are looking for a casual place to dine with the sound of the ocean near by, then Austin’s Cabana Cafe & Beach Bar is the place for you. We offer daily specials and the delicious food you have come to expect from Austin’s Ocean One.
You can dine inside, on the deck, or grab a seat around our open air bar. Come as you are at the Cabana Cafe & Beach Bar!
- We have stayed at the Litchfield Inn many times but never gone to Ocean One. It was a very enjoyable lunch. The food was spectacular and the view was fabulous. I had the Brussels sprout caesar salad with grilled shrimp and it was amazing. My mom had the Baja tacos and she really enjoyed them. It was also my mother's birthday and we had a fabulous dessert. Our server Cindy was great and made my mom's birthday special with a candle on her cake!Paula Carter
- Overall maybe the best meal of the year for us in our 2019 visit to the Pawleys Island area. The veal chop special was out of this world. Lisa's said her salmon dish was one of the best meals she had on the trip. Ocean views add to the great experience we had to Austin's. We'll be back!Christina Hardy

- Great place! Great food! Great view! Great service! Sit outside as it's all about being on the ocean here. The food is fresh, reasonable and the servers are personable and professional. I especially recommend the Bronzed Grouper, the crab cakes and anything with the succotash (never thought I'd say that... it's that good). Also, the salad dressings are all homemade... creamy tarragon? Oh, yeah!Cindi Caron
